FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free domestic shipping shipping on all purchases over the value of $99 AUD.

Furthermore we offer free international orders on all purchases over the value of $200 AUD.

All other orders ship at a flat rate of $10 AUD for domestic orders and $40 AUD for international orders.

WARRANTY RETURNS

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of all our products. In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Unless prior arrangements have been made all items must be returned to Parca Equipment Co. before any replacements / exchanges are resent or refunds are processed . No Exceptions

To return an item, you must email us at info@parcaequipped.com and inform us of the reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Authority number (RA#).  No goods will be accepted without a valid RA#. 

Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt date – unworn and/or unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. We recommend sending returns via a service that has a track & trace function as we do not accept responsibility for any lost items. All shipping costs associated with the return of faulty goods are our responsibility so please obtain your original shipping receipt or tax invoice for reimbursement.

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product, you must email us at info@parcaequipped.com and inform us of the reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Authority number (RA#).  No goods will be accepted without a valid RA#. The goods can be exchanged within 21 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that we only accept returns on sale items due to garment faults. In these instances, a full refund will be offered. Note we do not refund shipping costs. Please choose wisely when shopping - and again, do not hesitate to email us if you have a question in regards to a particular product prior to purchasing it. Exchanges for different sizes or colours on sales items can be made within 7 days of purchase at the cost of the consumer and are subject to availability.
